1. How do you make your custom t-shirts? MAGIC ELVES - 100's of them! We can promise you that all of our custom printing has been washed tested and has passed very strict quality guidelines. All of our printing and garments have excellent washability ratings! Our elves have years of experience in the garment printing business. They are masters at design, color management and layout. 2. How long does it take to ship my custom product order? Our standard delivery time is 1-2 weeks. We typically ship your items, though, in 1-2 days unless there is an item on backorder - which only normally takes 1 week to get back in stock. Amazingly, we do offer OVERNIGHT, 3 Business Day, and 5 Business Day Rush options for an extra charge. All orders are shipped from our Indiana Printing Facility. 3. Do you customize anything else besides shirts? Of course! We also stock hoodies, undies, tote bags, boxers, trucker hats, towels, beach totes, doggy tees, baby onesies, and baby boggin hats. We are constantly adding new styles, colors, and sizes of tees and tanks!
4. Can I put my own logo on a t-shirt? Absolutely you can! You can upload a .jpg, .gif or .png file. GIF and PNG images support transparency. If you do not make the background transparent on your uploaded image then you will see a WHITE BOX around your image. We will automatically remove this white box when we print your item but it will appear ON-LINE. If you have any questions just call us at 1-800-796-8731.
5. Can I upload my own artwork? Absolutely you can! You can upload a .jpg, .gif or .png file. GIF and PNG images support transparency. If you do not make the background transparent on your uploaded image then you will see a WHITE BOX around your image. We will automatically remove this white box when we print your item but it will appear ON-LINE. If you have any questions just call us at 1-800-796-8731. 6. Is there anything you can't or won't print? We WILL NOT print any material that is copyrighted or trademarked such as company logos, band names, company names, university logos, etc... We will not print nudity of any kind. We will not print hate material and certain profanity. We also will not print any likeness, picture, or reference to a celebrity personality. If you have questions about what we will not print please call us at 1-800-796-8731. 7. Do you have anything for toddlers or babies? Yes, we have a Baby and Toddler section that is constantly growing! Yes, we do carry a small selection of doggy tees. 9. Can I print something on the back or on the sleeve? On some items you can and on some items you can't. It is an extra charge to print on the sleeve or on the back. Yes, on certain items. If you see the word EMBROIDERED on an item then that means we offer embroidery on that item and that any text or artwork that you add will be embroidered instead of printed. We have an artwork/clipart category that is specifically for embroidered items only. 11. Do you offer custom RHINESTONES? Yes! Yes! Yes! Our break-through technology allows you to design your own garments and accessories using our EXCLUSIVE rhinestone fonts and images. All of our rhinestone fonts (which can be found under our font selector in the design tool) will be studded with crystal rhinestones. We also have a artwork/clipart section dedicated to rhinestone designs and icons! Have fun with it! 12. Do you offer any other customizable products besides t-shirt? Absolutely we do! We carry a full line of bags, robes, towels, blankets, and accessories! We even offer customizable car window decals. 13. How can I pay for my custom t-shirt? We use PayPal to process all of our orders. This is a widely used and trusted payment solution. You can use your PayPal account or you can use your MasterCard, VISA, Discover, and American Express credit cards. We do not accept checks, money order, or COD orders. We also do not accept Purchase Orders. 14. Can I call in my custom t-shirt order? No. You have to place your order on-line. You can call with questions or to check the status of your order! Our toll-free number is 1-800-796-8731. 15. Do you have an e-mail list where I can get special discounts? Yes, and we send out some awesome discounts to our loyal customers. If you would like to add yourself to the mailing list, e-mail your name and e-mail address to us at customerservice@takeouttees.com. 16. Do you sell gift certificates? No, we do not sell gift certificates at this time. 17. Do you have a return policy? Because all items are custom printed and made to order, we do not have a return policy. Exceptions are if the garment or printing is defective. Please call with any size or color questions to prevent any errors. 18. Can I put my BAND NAME on a t-shirt? Yes - and your logo if you'd like! 19. What sizes & colors of tees do you have? We have a huge color wheel of t-shirt colors. If you can imagine it, we probably have it. 21. Do you give discounts for bulk orders? No, we do not offer bulk discounts - the prices are the same no matter if you purchase 1 shirt or 1000. 22. Do you put photographs on t-shirts? Can I print the name of my school on a t-shirt? We can print all high school and middle school names but we cannot print University or College names. However, we can print club or team shirts such as Butler University Chess Club or Marion Track Team. 25. Do you have any copyright or trademark limitations? Yes, we cannot print or reproduce any copyrighted or trademarked image. Some of these include brand names, band names, celebrity personalities, sports teams, etc... If it sounds copyrighted or trademarked then it probably is. Upon checkout you will have to agree to our terms and verify that you are not using anyone elses property. 26. What brand of apparel do your carry? We carry a lot of American Apparel Brand T-shirts. We also have many styles custom made just for Take Out Tees.com & Custom Glam Girl.com .
